Project Kushi
What is Khushi Class?
Relieve Tension. Celebrate Happiness.
Khushi Class is a grassroots social initiative dedicated to addressing the growing crisis of stress, depression, and suicidal tendencies in society. It is not just a session or a program — it is a structured awareness movement designed to bring mental health conversations into the open, especially in villages, schools, colleges, and local communities where such topics are often ignored.
The mission of Khushi Class is simple but powerful: help people recognize their inner strength, break the silence around emotional struggles, and replace negativity with positive thinking. Through open dialogue, real-life stories, community discussions, and motivational engagement, it creates safe spaces where individuals can speak without fear of judgment.
By focusing on emotional resilience, positive mindset building, and community participation, Khushi Class works to transform stress into strength and despair into hope. The goal is not temporary motivation — it is long-term behavioral change that builds healthier minds, stronger families, and a more supportive society.

The Growing Mental Health Crisis
When Stress Becomes Silent Destruction
Rising Cases of Depression and Suicide
Depression and suicide are rising sharply. Many suffer silently, and small setbacks are leading to extreme decisions due to weak support systems.
Emotional Fragility Among Youth
Pressure, competition, and social comparison are making youth emotionally vulnerable. Even minor failures feel overwhelming.
Lack of Mental Health Dialogue in Villages and Towns
Mental health is rarely discussed openly in rural and small-town areas. Emotional struggles are often misunderstood, ignored, or labeled as weakness.
The Pillar Behind the Movement.
Dr. Rajnish Kumar Support Turning Vision into Impact.
Dr. Rajnish Kumar, Director of Lifecare Hospital, has played a vital role in strengthening and expanding the Khusi Classes movement . From the early stages, he provided continuous institutional and financial support, helping the initiative grow from a simple idea into a structured statewide campaign.
On 27 May 2023, under his guidance and encouragement, the Khusi Rath campaign was launched — enabling the mission to reach villages, schools, and communities at the grassroots level.
His commitment reflects a strong belief that mental wellness is as important as physical health, and that lasting social change requires leadership, compassion, and consistent action.
“A broken mindset is more dangerous than a broken bone.”
Dr. Rajnish Kumar, Director Of Lifecare Hospital.

Khushi Rath – Happiness on Wheels
Khushi Rath is a mobile awareness initiative designed to carry the message of mental well-being and positivity directly to the grassroots level. Instead of waiting for people to seek help, the movement reaches them — village to village, community to community.
Through organized Village Chaupal discussions, the Rath creates open platforms where youth, women, and elders can gather, speak freely, and share their concerns without fear or judgment. These interactive sessions encourage emotional expression and collective understanding.
Happiness songs and motivational message sessions are conducted to build a positive atmosphere before deeper conversations begin. Real-life examples and simple storytelling are used to explain complex emotional struggles in a relatable and practical way.
Community participation is at the heart of the initiative. People are not just listeners — they become contributors, supporters, and eventually ambassadors of positivity within their own neighborhoods.
Khushi Messages
Stories That Inspire Strength & Self-Worth
“Before attending Khushi Chaupal, we never spoke openly about stress or depression. The session made us realize that problems are part of life, but silence makes them bigger. Now we talk, support each other, and try to stay positive.”
“I used to feel overwhelmed by academic pressure and comparison. After attending Khushi Class, I learned how to manage my emotions and think differently about failure. It helped me regain confidence.”.
“Khushi Class has created a safe space for students to express themselves. The storytelling approach connects deeply with young minds. It’s not just motivation — it’s mindset transformation.”
